Suggested FPS for hop rubber degrees
This is a relatively important thing to keep in mind when picking the correct hop rubber and bucking for you’re airsoft gun.
This is down to the issue of the gun not being powerful enough to either push the BB down the barrel or just having enough power to but not enough to gain any benifits from such a high degree on the rubber.
Below is a general suggestion on the suggested FPS for each degree using .2g BBs, while these are only suggestions it is still possible to get good performance from a higher hop on a gun with slightly lower FPS, for example it still is possible to use a 70 degree rubber on 328 fps, however it will take alot of fine tunning to get the best possible performance comparing it to a 60 degree rubber.
50 degree: 280-360 FPS.
60 degree: 295-390 FPS.
70 degree: 360-460 FPS.
75 degree: 425-490 FPS.
80 degree: > 490 FPS.
